Charlotte is Finished!
I finished it! I got my last skein of Koigu in the mail today and I put the fringe on in the proper lengths. It’s so pretty! My sister is modelling it for us, and then I did the obligatory hanging-off-the-fence shot like the picture on the pattern. I don’t want to wear it, I want to look at it. I’m just so happy with it!
Edited to add: I really should give credit where it’s due…the only reason I was able to knit this shawl and keep track of what I was doing was because of the spreadsheet Uli made. When I first looked at it my reaction was, How the hell am I supposed to use this? It actually helped me a lot more than the pattern did. I memorized the stitch pattern and I referred to the spreadsheet the entire way through to check my work. I would have been so lost without it! Thanks Uli!
